On request we happily come on site to perform a complete measurement of your anilox rolls. For every roll you will receive a precise description summarizing the measurements done: cell volume, cell depth, amount of plugged dry ink, engraving quality, engraving uniformity, wear condition.

We can recommend you the best methods to safely and efficiently clean your anilox rolls on site. Moreover we offer precision laser cleaning services of your aniloxes, which are performed in our factory in Langenfeld. The laser beam is configured in such a way that it burns all ink residues, while creating no wear to the ceramic, as it is a non-contact process. The cleaning quality is monitored with a high-magnification microscope. We deliver a control certificate with the volume measured before and after the cleaning.
